| I forgot to take a 32 week bump pic of just myself, but I have this shot. |
Weight: 151 lbs.
Maternity clothes? I borrowed a few new dresses from another friend who had a baby in October. They are perfect for spring and for baby showers. Yay!
Stretch marks? Not yet, but I can definitely see lots of veins stretching all over my belly, and my belly button has unfortunately popped out quite prominently.
Sleep: Surprisingly I was getting great sleep in the seventh month.
Exercise: Though we did plenty of walking in NYC, between the trip and then having family in town the following week, I didn't try running or hit the gym for two solid weeks. When I finally started to get in the swing of things, I found I am considerably slower than I was last month. I still try jogging a few times a week, but I walk at intervals and average 2 miles in 30 minutes. I'm still taking BodyFlow and loving it, and I'm still lifting weights a couple times a week.
Best moment this month: It's so hard to pick just one. I loved our entire trip to New York: the food, quality time with friends, beautiful weather. I also loved getting our first baby boy clothes as a gift. As I looked at the clothes, it hit me that these belonged to my kid. I would be dressing my own baby in these clothes, and they weren't just cute anymore but so real.
Miss anything? Comfortable positions, being able to easily reach my feet, really running. I wouldn't mind a sangria or margarita either :)
Movement: Oh my, he's so big now. Instead of the bumps and pops of last month, I feel more rolls and shifts (and the occasional jab). He still loves hanging out around my ribs on the right side making things uncomfortable for mama there.
Food Cravings: Cheese is definitely a craving and not just a food I really like. I realized this on our trip when I didn't have cheese to snack on whenever I want
Looking forward to: I'm looking forward to the end now. It's coming up fast, and while I'm a bit nervous, I'm mostly excited for b-day.
